With all of the options available, choosing a fitness or nutrition resource can be complicated.  On this page I'll add a few of my likes and dislikes.  Feel free to weigh in if you'd like, I'd love to hear your input!

Today's book of the day is one of my fave's...I'm sure you all loved the "world's meanest trainer" on the show The Biggest Loser.  Well, Jillian Michaels translated some of that meanness into a brilliant workout program that's effective and fun to do in her book Making the Cut.  If you've been working out for a while, and now you want to see results in a hurry, follow these workouts, eat healthy, and you'll see some serious results in 30 days.
